Do my guests need to download an app? +
No. It works straight from their phone's camera or browser. They scan the QR code and the 3D model loads instantly, no install required.
What if I don't have professional food photos? +
Not a problem. We can start from your existing Google or Instagram photos to build an initial model, and recommend a quick photo session later for the highest quality result.
How long does setup take? +
Most menus go live within 7 to 10 days of us receiving your dish photos, depending on how many items you're doing.
What does the monthly retainer cover? +
Hosting, uptime, and support. If you want to add or swap dishes later, updates are handled through the retainer rather than a new setup fee.
Who owns the 3D models once they're built? +
You do. The models are built for your menu and your brand, they're yours to use across your own channels as well.
What happens when my menu changes seasonally? +
We swap in new dishes or retire old ones as part of your retainer. Your AR menu stays current with what you're actually serving.
Does it work on older phones? +
Yes. It runs through the browser's built-in camera view, which is supported on the vast majority of phones in use today, no special hardware needed.
Is this exclusive to one restaurant per area? +
